Detailed Reviews
Beds were clean, room had a microwave oven and a micro refrigerator. Bathroom had visible mold on top of the shower. We got the non-smoking room. Besides the bathroom situation it's a good value. Front office was helpful when we checked in and morning breakfast was good. It's very close to the freeway as well.

Clean, affordable, very nice staff I was working in town for two weeks so I got the contractors rate which was nice the offered it to me. The cleaned my room daily and had a nice breakfast in the morning that was open by 5:30 so i could get something before i left for work. i will be back at the end of June and look foward to seeing the staff home away from home.

I was driving back from a dog show in MD with my pugs and could not go any farther. Inn at Loudon was the only place with vacancy and allowed my puppers. Front desk person was asleep in the back, but friendly and got me into a room. There was no computer, she filled out a card with my info on it. The price was right and the 25 dollar pet fee was much less than other places. This is not the JW Marriott. Nothing fancy and looked like it had seen better days, but it was clean and even smelled clean--no overpowering deodorants here. We got our rest and hit the road the next morning. There was a light breakfast though I did not partake. Only negative--when I got home I realized I left my favorite nightshirt hanging in the bathroom. It was late and I got the same desk lady who said she would ask housekeeping and mail it back. Apparently there are sticky fingers n housekeeping because I never saw it again. Having traveled a lot for work, this is the first time I left something behind that I never saw again so that was disappointing.

Well if you want someone to keep you company the owner has no problems letting his empoyees come and have relations with you. The housekeeper and front desk clerks are especially helpful to the men that stay there. They will both make sure that ou get your money's worth.

My husband and I stopped here on the way down to Florida. It was one of the only hotels that wasn't booked for the night, so we decided to try it. The rooms are disgusting. Smelled heavily like smoke. The sheets were stained and smelled awful. We saw the room and left. Stay away.

Rip off !!! The worst part of all is there were tons of others Rooms to stay in & they gave us this TERRIBLE room to stay in KNOWING how bad it was !!! Great customer service there !!! Top notch !! I would NEVER stay there again ! The seats in our truck are much more softer then those things they call beds !!

First of all i would like to say that both my husband and myself are military. We pre-booked this hotel because they were the only hotel in the area that were "pet friendly". We came in over the Christmas holiday in the middle of the night we were to stay a week Mon.-Fri. Upon checking in I was asked for my id (I only had my military one) and upon presenting it the staff said, "Oh you are military." He offered me a discount, although we were not looking for one it was appreciated. Upon entering the room it was boiling hot because the heater was left on and stank like burnt heater smell. Initially things seemed pretty clean and i overlooked the fact that the mini fridge and microwave were plugged into a power strip (which is a clear OSHA violation). I convinced myself and my husband that we have slept in holes in the ground, and it wouldn't be that bad. The shower was filled with mold and peeling paint, there was an infestation of stink bugs..... but despite the fact we stayed the whole week. (After all we had paid for it..) Christmas eve arrived and i noticed an additional 60$ charged to my card by the hotel. I went to inquire about it at the front desk. The staff there told me that it was for the remainder of the stay and that the staff member that gave me the discount was wrong and made a mistake that they couldn't do that because i had booked in advance. If these are the conditions that military members are receiving, I'm afraid to see how they are treating anyone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! (We would rather sleep in a hole in the ground we dig our self!)

I checked into this hotel late at night while traveling from Connecticut to Texas with my five grandchildren. We were headed to our room and someone shouted " oh hell naw, you picked the wrong f_ _king town to stop in lady"!! I hurried to the room, secured the children then went back to the front desk to report what had happened. I told the clerk that I was a grandmother traveling with my grandchildren ages 4 months, 5 yrs, 12 yrs, 14 yrs and 16 yrs and that I was checking out because I feared for our safety! I asked for a refund but was told that I had to call management in the morning! I called management the next morning only to be told that I would not under any circumstances would I be issued a refund!!

Front desk lady was very kind, pleasant and helpful with this load of weary travelers. The room was clean, non smoking, smelled fresh and well priced. Hot showers and fridge an asset. Breakfast was a bonus. Morning view from outside the room was priceless. Smokey mountains. Not far from the pricey tourist areas.

Failed to honor our reservations for the Oklahoma and Tennessee game. They called one time and did not get an answer because there was not cell service during the game due to the crowd size. If the hotel wanted to confirm a reservation then the day before or at least in the morning of the reservation would have been appropriate instead of mere hours before giving our room away. This left us with a two hour drive to Chattanooga due to all local hotels being sold out.
