For a one night last minute stay, this location is quite suitable. There are decent dining and shopping options and all the amenities were in place. The manager on duty, Rick, was especially helpful to us.

Hotel is way too expensive with cancellation fee which was added to charge of room for the quality of the room, otherwise the price would have been right. Light fixtures are filthy and never been cleaned.

we arrived late. Reception was fine. Room a bit smelly...humidity smell but considering the price it was ok. clean overall. Manager was great. Quiet. Good option for low budget.

This place is disgusting! There were feral cats all over the place. I counted 20. Junker cars all over the parking lot. I am an older lady and traveling alone. I was very nervous in this area. The room stunk like cat pee. I sprayed an entire can of Lysol and the smell was not diminished at all. When I went to complain I was told there was something wrong with me because the room was perfectly fine. Being as I was a paying customer it sure wasn't the proper way to speak to me. The manager finally stopped the desk clerk and gave me a refund. I went across the highway to La Quinta and spent a nice evening. Please do not book here, unless you are comfortable staying in a very bad area, surrounded by feral cats, junk cars, and stink. There was also hairs on the toilet seat.

Hello, there are 24 cameras on this property we are budget motel as soon as you received your refund after you let the desk clerk know that this motel is not your standard or comfort level in a choice way a employee was sent up to the room immediately and found No Lysol, No pee smell no hair after 16 years here this review is definitely not good for u and the motel please always ask to see the room before u check In to make sure this stay is what you want and require This Area the junk cars paints a picture of a bad area Loudon TN is very safe and scenic place .This motel always scores the high Nineties which is posted on the wall . I have been here over 3 months. Its very reasonably priced and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and polite and the house keepers are thorough and trustworthy. I have valuables inside and have had no issues. It's very quiet and the view is amazing. My daughter visits and we are able to play outside in the picnic area. I highly recommend it if you are needing a room!

Cock roaches outside and in our room..... go elsewhere.... manager followed us to our room and checked in it before we went in (that was weird)....... shady place.... lots of locals living there which we did not like....... go elsewhere........ even if you have to pay more.

Dear Yorkie3Chick, On behalf of the staff of Americas Best Value Inn, I would like to personally apologize for the negative experience you had in 2013. We have not had any issues with roaches at our property. We do have a licensed pest control company treat our rooms each month. Please know that we are located near the mountains in the South and there are a variety of insects due to this fact which is beyond our control. My biggest problem was the smell. In these hot June months the rooms get pretty muggy - when I entered the room the AC had not previously been turned on, so the room was extremely stuffy and smelly. Even though I turned on the AC this smell and muggyness persisted over night. I found it extremely distracting and did not really get a good sleep.
There were also annoying bugs in the room - a fly and other smaller flies that land on your skin, which also kept me awake.
The front desk staff were nice, friendly, and courteous. He was sure to mention that in the morning there is a small pot of coffee, little packaged pastries, and banana. I guess overall if you're used to basic basic basic (albeit smelly/stuffy) motels it would do. The area was quiet and the bed sheets and shower appeared clean. Still below my standards, though.

I had to stay here for a week for work and ill let all of you know its worthless cause the rooms have cracks all over the cellings and walls. The rooms arent that clean and the beds are hard as hell and the maids are rude and barely speek english as for the same as the front desk clerks. My company vehicle wouldnt make it up the steep hill to the actual hotel and the night clerk calls my room at 730 and tells me to move it by the office cause i couldnt park it in the truck lot by the rooms, for christ sakes i drive a 3/4 ton sprinter for work.

We stopped here because we had been driving for so long and we're dead exhausted. They also took pets. The room was not to my standards at all. Pretty expensive for what it is. There was duck tape on the bed and the door was all chewed or something. We slept with coats on we didn't want to even get under the blankets...just slept for a few hours and back on the road.

First of all I went there with my family to relax not so I can stay up ALL night and kill insects!!! We barely even slept 1 hour. The room was also really nasty and dirty. We wanted to take a shower but they didnt even have shampoo like all other hotels do. I regret staying in this hotel and I suggest you dont go there.
