Stayed for one night whilst on a business trip. I arrived a little earlier than expected, which was no problem for the owners. I was greeted with a smile and shown to my room and given local info and map. The room was clean and comfortable. The large screen flat tv was nice as I worked on some reports in...

Stayed for our 4th time when on a golf trip to the area. Everything is great, from the reception you get from your hostess Paula, to the rooms and the nice touches in them and the lovely breakfast. Paula has always been great and can't do enough for you. Highly recommended.

An easy to find B&B with some parking on site and the road outside. Excellent welcome and a large comfortable room to retire to each night. Very good breakfast, I had fried bread which I'm not allowed at home, plus fruit from the garden. At the end I was 3 lbs heavier, maybe you could miss out the fried bread...

We asked for, and got room 2, which is a large room on the ground floor. As we have come to expect, the room was spotless and standards have been maintained. There is adequate off road parking. A smoking area is provided at the rear of the house. The breakfast was delicious. It's maybe a ten minute walk into the...

We found this Guest House to be on the edge of easy access to town, being about a mile from centre but uphill back to it. Good wifi and breakfast, but shower rather weak, I do like a power shower! We had a parking space which is great because Exmouth is a nightmare to park your car. Price was fair...

Stayed for 2 nights. Fabulous clean, comfy spacious room. Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff and hosts. Lovely big garden area to sit and have and little drink whilst watching the sun set behind the trees. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend. Shortish walk to the town centre and beach. Little local Co-op 2 minutes walk away. (With cash machine)...

Enjoyed a fabulous night's stay here which was a last minute but the Rohaven could not have been more accommodating. Nice room, very comfortable great company and a brilliant cooked English breakfast. They could not haver done more for my party of 3. Highly recommended and it is only a 5 minute drive from Exmouth! We will be back to...

I recently stayed at the Rohaven and found it an absolute delight. Following the extremely warm welcome from Paula I was shown my room which was lovely and inviting. The bed was soooo comfortable that I didnt want to get up the following morning which would have been a travesty as I would have missed the best part of the...

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at Rohaven. The room was large as was the bathroom. A fridge provided in the room, rare for a guest house. Situated about 20 minutes walk from town, it is well served with frequent buses. Breakfasts very good, and room most comfortable.

Host was fantastic, very welcoming on arrival, and its clear that she's kept very busy. Room was in my opinion slightly over priced, I found the bed a bit too warm, but if I opened the window then the noise of traffic came in. Was difficult to find an in between. Breakfast great, room size great, nice and clean, fantastic...
