The room was nice, no parking available on site, had to search on limited road parking spaces. The staff were friendly, though very limited, had to wait a long time for bar service as we did not have dedicated workers, only when they had free time from the other bar. Despite this poor service, drinks were very expensive. We had...

Dear Leigh R. As one of our enchanted guests, I am very sorry you have chosen this format to list your differing comments, without speaking directly to me, as I feel that someone who would be this disappointed, should come straight to the manager of the hotel. We host many funeral receptions here, as we have two popular and perfectly...

I was very surprised by the standard of food at the hotel. We had a meal, it looked lovely and tasted great. Nico looked after us and was very attentive. My family stayed at the hotel and said it was nice and homely and that they'd use it again. We will go back.

This was the first time we have ever eaten out on Christmas Day. Was supposed to have been a special treat but was very disappointingly lacking in atmosphere. Nobody even greeted us with a "happy Christmas". Most of the staff seemed disinterested and the service was poor except for one young waitress and the person on reception as we were...

We stayed on the 2nd floor. Beautifully clean, and quiet, room with plenty of space. Reception was efficient and cheery on check in and check out. There is a bar on the ground floor, and a restaurant (although we didn't eat there I'm sure the food would be fine). There is hardly any parking on site but there is free...

I stayed at this hotel for only 1 night because I was going to the Pavillions which is just a short walk away. Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel and my room was clean and tidy. But I would just like to give a little constructive critisism. My room was 306 and the corridor to the room...

We stayed a long weekend in October and paid for a double room with a sea view. Our first floor room was large and clean with a stunning view from the bay window. Furniture and fittings were acceptable, if a little tired, except for the double bed that definitely requires a new mattress. The bathroom had been redecorated recently but...

We booked this quite late and with the bargain price of £59 did not have high expectations. Very nice surprise as our room was lovely and warm and lovely bar with really friendly staff. Great location for the beach and town centre all within 2 mins walk. Would definitely stay again.
