We don't usually leave reviews but just wanted to leave a few words to say how welcoming the owners are and comment on the lovely stay we had. We had a long drive with a toddler and Sally was super helpful in accommodating our potentially late arrival beforehand. Everything we needed was generously catered for and the b&b was very...

Just stayed here over the bank holiday with our one yr old daughter and we loved it. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of animals to say hello to, and the setting is peaceful and tranquil. The highlight was a delicious and ample breakfast - yum! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend...

We only stayed at this B & B farmhouse for a couple of nights, but will not hesitate to stay again. The family made us so welcome. We needed somewhere pet friendly, and they are that....and more. Great food. Super position....literally 0.5 mile from the A361. The room was slightly small, but we needed a room at the last minute...

We have stayed there on SEP 11 and 12 2015. It is traditional B&B with a bit old fashioned decor. Room was waiting for us clean and warm with cot bed provided as we were travelling with a baby. Owners very friendly and always around to help but not intrusive at all. Lovely quiet location. Great place to explore North...

Large family room with en suite. Very friendly. Made to feel very welcome. Very pretty setting. We had breakfast on the first day and it was very nice. It was a bit far out of South Molton so if you dont drive make sure you take your walking boots!!!

We stayed here on Sept 12 & 13, 2014. This is a working farm conveniently located a short distance from the main Tiverton to Barnstable road. Our first impression was not too favourable - we nearly left after repeatedly ringing the front door bell and getting no answer. In frustration we finally banged on the door and this was answered....

My husband and I stayed at West Down Farm in August for one night. We chose it from the photos and reviews online. Sadly, the room we got bore no resemblance to any of the pictures. First of all, I would like to compliment the daughter of the establishment, who was absolutely charming, friendly and helpful. Full marks to her....

This was just brilliant from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. We received such a friendly welcome and were shown to our rooms where we chatted and learned a bit more about the area, where to go and what to do - and the recommendations were great. The room was extremely comfortable, and we slept so...

Spent 4 nights here last week. The room was comfortable, the bed a bit soft for our liking. Electric shower which tended to loose more water from the unit than seem to come out of the shower head. We sort of accepted this as a quirk of staying in B&Bs. On the positive side the location was very good with...
