We stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed by the facilities , welcoming staff and excellent breakfast. The grounds are extensive and our large dog was welcomed. Ellen suggested walks and things To do when it rained. The dog friendly room was very stylish, lovely towels bed linen bed etc.

THE Wedding! Well we live within 10 miles of Loyton Lodge, but why haven’t I been before?? We were here for a family wedding and it was like being at home, but having the best, and most discreet staff. Isobel and Ellen were just the best companions throughout the wedding. The whole team , from the breakfast waitresses to the owner cannot be faulted. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ve never felt so at home. I’m actively looking for an excuse to go back! Thank you Ellen, Isobel and all the wonderful staff... you made our first event after lockdown the most wonderful weekend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our night at Loyton lodge. They were very welcoming and really do go out their way to help make your stay as good as possible. The room was beautiful and clean. Everything was good quality including the breakfast which was delicious. We would definitely recommend Loyton for its B&B.

Loyton lodge is a charming, full of character and beautifully decorated throughout lodge with lots of quirky accessories dotted around for you to admire! The breakfast was OUT OF THIS WORLD - fresh and locally sourced ingredients, a beautiful variety of cold and hot food, served in very generous portions. Our room came with a huge free standing roll top Bath and beautiful complementary toiletries. The bed was so comfortable and we both had a great night sleep. You get a real family feel when you stay at Loyton, something that I haven't experienced anywhere else. If i had to complain about one thing is that our stay was too short. I advise you come here for at least 3 nights to be able to make the most of the estate's vast woodland, fields and the nearby villages. Enjoy!

Well, what can I say about this place. You have to come here to experience it for yourself. From the minute you drive into the lodge you just know you are at the right place and are going to be looked after. From the freshly prepared breakfast, to the lovely treats (choc brownies), honesty bar to help yourself to whenever you want (have never had that anywhere else before) and to just peace and tranquility. We felt safe at the lodge even during this time with health and safety rules. We had our own designated table for breakfast. Own designated area in the lounge. Everything was labelled as per family. Even our 8 year old was well looked after with treats made for him to have when we returned after being out the whole day. He made good friends with the chef Adam who basically made whatever our son requested and even more (even more choc brownies for our journey back to London). The walks around the area are just magical, the views, scenery and tranquility. I cannot thank Isobel, Ellen and Adam enough To make our stay a truly memorable one. Can’t wait to come back with friends and family and experience the dinner menu too. Thank you very much for looking after us, we left refreshed after the last few testing months.
