This was a soulless hotel on the inland edge of town. I was told off for arriving 3 minutes early for breakfast and the receptionist was abrupt. No wifi in room and plumbing was dodgy. Only redeeming features were large size of room and good...More

A bit dated and in need of a revamp but, for the money, it was ok. Rooms were clean; bed-linen and towels clean and fresh. Friendly staff. All in all a decent base for a break in Woolacombe and only 5 minute walk to front.

This is by no means a bad review but I have to be honest. Yes this hotel is very dated and a little shabby BUT it's not dirty and the linens were fresh and clean. The breakfasts were lovely and the staff welcoming, friendly and...More

There is a lift to floors and staff can help with luggage. There are limited rooms on the ground floor so it's worth asking. My wife and I use a room with walk-in shower.
