Caravan was nice clean quiet, preferred camp at the holiday village as everything was new and was fantastic view. Entertainment wasn't brilliant, few good acts, food at club was nice, beer expensive and always flat

We had booked a cheap weekend away to Golden Coast with one of the offers from The Sun. After reading a few reviews on here before we arrived I was a bit conceded we were off to stay in complete squalor; however it wasn't as bad as how it has come across from some of the reviews here. We were...

Very dated lodge in need of repair - holes in a lot of the furniture (headboard, door, units etc) carpets old and in need of replacing, kitchen facilitate were fine - clean and well stocked. Swimming pools weren't the cleanest nor was the soft play. Food isn't great on site, bog standard microwave meals and chips. However it was a...

We booked a weekend break with the family and upgraded to a gold lodge which we are glad we did cause it was lovely 😊 When we arrived it was a bit daunting as it was raining and nothing was open outside and it looked a lot smaller than we expected from the website. We didn't realise the activities were...

We wanted a short break in North Devon for a few nights and selected Golden Coast based on the facilities on their website and in their brochure. We booked a Bronze caravan; we only wanted somewhere to sleep so couldn't see the point in spending much more on accommodation. Night before we left home I read the reviews on Tripadvisor...

We stayed in a bronze caravan at the end of april and altho the caravan fixtures and fittings were ok, the fact there was no sufficient heating (apart from a tiny gas fire) really spoilt our stay! The caravan was freezing & we really struggled with the cold at night & in the morning. Customers should be told there is...

Thank you for your review and we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your accommodation. Bronze is our lowest-priced accommodation within the 6 grades that we have, and it's position within our grading structure is consistent with its name. Bronze does have heating in the bedrooms which consists of fitted fan heaters which, along with single glazed windows, is...

Great location and the overall village is great too. But drink prices are extortionate...£5.50 for a little t of Guinness??? Bungalow has not been decorated or refurbished in the 3 years we have used it and is now very tired. Beds are amongst the most uncomfortable I have. Ever experienced. Heather in the lounge is inadequate for the size

The park and accommodation was lovely. It is aimed more for older children tho, not much for toddlers but we were able to use the pool at woolacombe bay site which our son loved as there was a pirate ship there. Absouluty loved the lodge, a lot more room than a caravan and I love the fact that it's so...
