Had a lovely afternoon here at the tearooms with the family to enjoy a lovely cream tea. The owners made us feel so welcome during our visit and the place had a real homely feel. My wife also had the smoked salmon and cheese sandwiches and said they were the best she ever had. Overall It did not disappoint and...

I have stayed in lots of top hotels over the years being involved in the travel industry ...this bed and breakfast is lovely..beautifully decorated with a homely feel...so clean and comfy beds..we had a large room and the breakfast was to order...tasty fruity jam and marmalade in dishes not the plastic ones..delicious fruit salad and a pot of coffee. Stayed in this B&B during our visit to Jurassic Coast just last week. The room was spacious but could perhaps use a bit of freshen-up, particularly the bathroom shower. The landscaped garden and courtyard is a nice area to relax and enjoy afternoon tea although we didn't get to enjoy it with the rain.

What a fantastic authentic English tea room, tea served in bone china cups and plates you won't find mugs or plastic cups here! The staff were extremely attentive nothing too much for them, they also had a delightful well landscaped gardens, with even a pond at end of garden hidden behind some trees, a great escape! Had the local crab...

Just returned from a couple of days in glorious south Dorset, stayed at the Tea Rooms with one spaniel in tow. Great spacious room on first floor, beautifully decorated in cottage style. Only thing that stops this being a top-rating review is the location - on the sharp bend in the village centre - so there was noticeable noise from...

This really is everything I expect in a tea room. Set in a peaceful village, the menu is varied and excellent, the decor is perfect and the staff friendly. Will definitely return if we visit the area again and highly recommend

Stopped in here as wanted a crab sandwich and some Dorset apple cake. Beautiful setting and the owners were very friendly and attentive, even giving my daughter some food to feed the fish. Could not fault anything.

Amazing tea room with very friendly staff and fantastic food!!! I can't wait to go back to try their high tea!! There is lovely indoor and outside seating and the decor is stunning. I had the abbotsbury platter with ham, blue vinny and a delicious homemade chutney followed by warm apple cake, perfect!!

What a jem. Beautiful setting. Superb cream tea. Home made jam in a glass dish, not those awful plastic pots. This is a must visit. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was just what we needed.

Very pretty tearooms and we were all happy with our choices of food (scones and sandwiches) and drinks (teas and glasses of milk!). Reasonable prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Could have been a bit more generous with the mustard (a teaspoon at most in a little glass dish - didn't go very far...!).
