We stayed for a long and enjoyable week end. The new owners are very attentive and thoughtful. The breakfasts and lunch we had was very good and generous. Would recommend if you fancy a quiet time away, nice walks.

We stumbled upon this wonderful pub in our VC grave search for Admiral Sir Victor Crutchley in the neighbouring church graveyard. Stunning building, stupendous views from the terrace. lovely local ale - fantastic food and a very welcoming landlord. It is a real gem.

Sorry dogs are not aloud in the bedrooms,but more tan welcome in the bar and on the terrace.
