We stayed here 2 nights when visiting family in the area. For £200 a night this hotel is not worth it. Nice room but bathroom feels old. Clean but I think that for the location the owners are having a laugh. The decor has been updated and you can see that they are trying hard but this is a gastro...

We stayed here over a long weekend as a family of four in one of the family rooms. The Bull Hotel aspires to "Shabby Chic" and squarely hits the mark. We had a great stay, with no complaints. Staff were helpful without being overwhelming, food service was very good (particularly the cider house pizzeria for our kids), and the drinks...

This is a lovely friendly hotel with excellent rooms and service. Nothing was too much trouble and the young staff who bent over backwards to deliver everything you want. The food was good and the cocktail bar worth a visit too! It is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk to West Bay which is beautiful and amazing and...

The Bull is so much of a better alternative to the sterile budget hotels and clearly has so much character. The room was fabulous and despite being in the courtyard was quiet. Toiletries and the shower were all a notch above although the bath towels were way too small. So all good until breakfast when after 25 minutes of waiting...

We have visited The Bull Hotel a number of times in the past few years and the staff have always been amazingly helpful and the rooms and food spectacular. We loved it so much that my husband and I decided to get married there at the end of August this year. They exceeded our expectations beyond belief, all the staff...

Spent three nights at this little gem at the end of July. The room was great, spacious with the most gorgeous en-suite bathroom complete with roll top bath and sumptuous toiletries. The food was great .....particularly the mussels and fries which they do as a Wednesday night special. Breakfast was fantastic, really good choice and freshly cooked to order. The...

Had a fabulous anniversary stay in The Red Four Poster Room, this is a lovely room, very comfortable with good facilities, the bath in the bedroom was sheer decadence. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the food was good, we will definitely return.

Stayed at this lovely hotel, room was huge! Food was of excellent quality. Staff very friendly. Only problem was a little noise caused by a group of lads having a drink in the courtyard. Not a huge concern though. Would definitely return

Spent one night as a stopover last week and had the largest twin room I've ever seen. It has two doubles and despite the temptation to sublet the other bed to help with the cost we used it for just the two of us. We were both very happy, but it did come at a price. Very helpful Reception staff...

The second visit to The Bull for me and this time I stayed in the Golden Fern room which is fine for a single traveller, which I was, or for a romantic couple! The bed was comfy and the bathroom/shower great. The staff were attentive and friendly and delivered a home made pizza & a glass of wine to me...
