Just got back from a two night stay at Rose Cottage, Mick and Sue are the best hosts we have come across. After I sent Mick a e.mail to say what time we would roughly be arriving he kindly asked me if we wanted him to book us a table at the near by pub called the George which wa…
I can't rate this b&b or the lovely couple whose home it is highly enough. Mick and Sue are so warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Superb accommodation and good food. Can't wait to go back!

Spent two nights here with my wife. Delightful setting in a lovely part of the country with plenty to do in the area. Mick and Sue were excellent hosts and very easy to deal with. Lovely room and great breakfast served - very nice start to the day.
"There are only 2 rooms, both very comfortable but one is at the front facing the main road, we stayed in the room at the back & it was very peaceful"
"We ad the double room which was ample size for a couple."
"Both rooms lovely - double room quieter if windows open."
"Some road noise in twin room at front."
"Light sleepers will probably prefer the double room as it faces the back garden. If you need a bit more space, the front room is probably more suitable"
