We went here for my father in law 70th birthday party. All started well however when the food arrived it was poor some of the meals were ok, but most not nice. The food was very over priced for the service received. The receptionist was also rude to myself and child. Overall I will not be going back.

We have been visiting Corfe for close on 30 years now and always said we would stay here one day. To be honest, we worried that it might be a little formal and grand but we needn't have been concerned, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and down to earth which made for a relaxed time. We had the Purbeck... More

From the moment we arrived our every wish was catered for. My first visit to this area and it will certainly not be the last. I really can't wait to visit again. The hotel was very welcoming, warm, clean. Very friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant with outstanding food. We had dinner and breakfast both of which I could not fault. Thank... More

Spent one night at this beautiful, friendly hotel with 10 friends for a birthday celebration. The rooms are lovely. We occupied rooms in the hotel and also in the annex, all of which were great. The food was amazing: the sea bass was perfect. Good menu choice for all. Breakfast was also very good with a never ending supply of... More

Great location in centre of village and lovely local surroundings. If you are a light sleeper or late riser you might want to avoid a room on the front due to the near main road.....quiet lat at night at this time of year but busy from 6am onwards in the morning. Great staff and friendly helpful atmosphere, with well carpeted... More

We stayed here for two nights last weekend. The hotel was full but we managed to get a table for dinner and it was so good we ate there again the second night. (We go away about once a month and never eat in the same place twice) Special mention for two of the waiting staff, young Tiffany who has... More

Mortons House is a beautiful small hotel in the perfect location in Corfe Castle village. The breakfasts are fabulous and it's located near to lulworth cove, durdle door and studland for superb walking and the beautiful Jurassic coast. We would recommend this hotel without question. The staff were all great too !

We went back for the cosiness and friendliness - all shared in abandon. The staff and food are simply excellent ! As for the rooms, getting a tad tired - need of a makeover but don't let that put you off. The log fire beckons !

This is a small hotel in the centre of Corfe Castle. The rooms are clean and adequate for a short stay. The only moan would be the shower pressure is poor but the beds are really comfortable and so are the pillows. During our stay we used the restaurant where we had a beautiful meal and met the owner of... More
