Stunning views from the bar and restaurant. There were 20 in our party and we were very well looked after. Rooms are very big, spotlessly clean; bathroom very modern, water always hot. Food was good, staff very friendly and efficient. Some lovely touches such as fruit and chocolates as well as water, tea and coffee in the room and lots of...

We arrived early in the afternoon but the front desk staff was very nice to get us a room right away. It was clean and bright and had all the amenities that you could ask for but...early in the afternoon a little chilly. Heat does not turn on until 6pm. They sent a portable heater up and we were comfortable....

Thanks for your comments. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay. The weather was indeed terrible, which made for some exceptional viewing from our bistro, so we're pleased this was enjoyed. We are pleased that we were able to supply additional heating as requested and thank you for bringing this to our attention at the time of your stay....

We were just looking for a bed for the night basically, so checked with very little in the way of expectations. However it turned out to be a very pleasant one nights stay. The rooms are a good size and the showers are good too. As others have said, the views from the bar/ restaurant are very impressive, even in...

Stayed a few years back and had a lovely time. A couple of reasons for returning was for the breath taking view from the dining area and cheese board with mead, yummy. The staff were again very helpful and welcoming. The view lived up to our jaded memories (though would be even better in the lighter evenings) The food was...

This was a quick catch up. Just one night for a meal and drinks. The food was excellent. The service is a little slow but that just adds to the charm of the place. The views are wonderful although the weather was dreadful. We enjoyed the evening and set off home after breakfast the next day.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here when we came to visit his family. Hotel room was good from what I remember (went a few years ago). Super clean and big bed which was nice, great privacy.
