My family and I paid a visit to the Adair Arms Hotel for a bite of dinner this week. As always we were welcomed with a smile and taken to our table and offered menus and drinks. As always the quality and presentation of food was faultless, excellent. On top of this we always experience a great level of customer...

Had lunch here, burger and chips really tasty and nice homemade chips, my mother had honey chilli chicken strips and chips! All very good indeed. Followed by pavlova and coffees really beautiful! The menu was very good, lovely staff, pleasant decor/surroundings, well priced and the hotel was lovely and warm! Which was appreciated on a freezing, cold, wet day! Would...

Was attending a concert in the hotel so decided to have a meal and stay the night. Food as usual was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Good menu, reasonably priced and food always piping hot. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed - what more could a tired body ask! Breakfast had good choices and friends were delighted to learn...

Stayed one night at the end of December. Located centrally. The room was clean and reasonably sized with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The hotel does, however, feel a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Nonetheless, would recommend if staying in Ballymena!

After hearing good reports about the food here we decided to go on Saturday night and with it being so close to Christmas it was packed. The staff were very helpful and quickly sorted us out with a table. There was a choice from either the normal or the Christmas special menu so masses of choice. Mains were very good...

I booked a Superior Room at the Adair Arms Hotel and it was worth it. We got a large bedroom with a King Size Bed. Bathroom was big with a walk in shower. Staff were friendly and food in hotel was good. Car Park is a bit tight and is probably the only negative.

I stayed here for one night whilst on business in the area, the hotel having been booked for me (I would have booked a hotel where I have previously stayed in the area). The first thing to say is that, if arriving by car, ignore the road signs as they may direct you to the front of the hotel, but...
