It was as large as the superior and with the best view from the hotel overlooking the waterfalls on the river Maine....

Arrived early and where greeted by the nicest concierge LARCEN. So friendly and welcoming. We then had afternoon tea and prosecco as part of our package in the conservatory watching the river flow by! We then asked LARCEN if he could price the riverside hot tub and without any hesitation he left and came back a short time later. We...

My husband and I hadn't been away on our own, away from our 2 young children, for over 18 months so we booked a suite a galgorm. Well! It certainly didn't disappoint. The check in that comes with booking a suite is an experience in itself with canapés and infused water in a beautiful reception area away from the main...

Treated my daughter to an overnight in Galgorm as part of her Christmas present. We have visited in past and loved it but this visit was very disappointing. While thermal village is lovely, we were unable to enjoy facilities as they were packed!! We tried steam room and both rows either side were full. Moved onto sauna, no available space...

Stayed here in a triple room and was extremely disappointed. Hotel public areas and spa were lovely, then we opened the door to the rooms on the ground floor and it was like being in a time warp. Walls and doors badly in need of updating - the paint is so old on the doors it had turned yellow and...

This was a birthday treat from our family. What a luxury hotel, everything was excellent. Gillies restaurant was very busy, we were shown to our table and staff attended to us very efficiently and courteously. Room was overlooking thermal village and spa, lovely room and very clean. Mini bar and snacks were very welcome. Treatments in spa were excellent, rooms lovely.
