Here for our 13th wedding anniversary - it came highly recommended by a dear and trusted friend. We had the tasting menu(s) and stayed overnight Dinner Was lovely - especially the amuse Boucher - mushroom risotto aranchini. My Husband is allergic to sea food and very fussy about meats - so we arranged to have 1 veg tasting menu and...

A 3 night `celebratory` stay with our 2 dogs was a breeze. Our room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located at the rear of the hotel, leading directly out onto the car park. With beautiful beaches and stunning scenery close by - ideal for walking. All the food served in the hotel was impressive. Beautiful breakfasts, bistro fish & chunky...

This was our third year at ducks to celebrate the New Year. We were treated to a magnificent 5 course taster menu prior to dancing the night away to live music. The food was absolutely wonderful with a range of textures and flavours to tease the palate. I would thoroughly recommend the dining experience to all who love good food.

A complete break with tradition saw us having Christmas lunch here whilst staying in North Berwick. A warm welcome from Malcolm the owner plus sparkling wine (or non alcoholic alternative) on arrival, was followed by exquisite canapes, dainty enough not to spoil your appetite. I had opted for the sea bream starter which was a work of art on a...

Really accommodating lunch with great food. We'd been out for a drive with the kids and needed somewhere to eat, as it was the run-up to christmas lots of our usual places we visit were busy, so we decided to try the Duck. Staff were great and the menu very enjoyable- will certainly be back

We had Christmas lunch here on Christmas day itself and everything was excellent. The food was first class and the hospitality was second to none. Sparkling wine on arrival, some appetisers before lunch, fresh excellently cooked food, coffee in the lounge to follow.. I would recommend it to anyone.
