First time at The Bank and stayed for two nights at the end of January. Lovely fresh, modern large room. Pleasant, attentive staff. Extra credit goes to Emma who always seemed to work tirelessly for the customers. The dinners were delicious. I had the steak one night and loved the way it was served on the hot stone to be... Stayed here for a couple of days, rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast to die for and evening meals to a very high standard. The main asset of the Bank is the staff, all very pleasant from cleaners to management. Thank you all

Third time staying in this beautiful place. Also stayed at their sister place The Waterfront. Both excellent, staff amazing, food gorgeous. Going back to Waterfront in February too. The Boathouse, next to Waterfront, is also worth a visit and live music every Sunday.

The bank is interesting as it was an old bank that's been repurposed for accommodation. I had a room at the back of the hotel with a sea view which is gorgeous and very quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The accommodation is very good and has obviously been re-furbished recently. However, would ask for room at the back of the building as there would be fantastic views and also it would be quieter. We were on the ground floor and it was noisy but not too bad. Good central location.
