Lovely hotel which far surpasses expectations. Food was lovely. Pool, rooms and surroundings are nice. Big shout out to Robbie the barman/waiter/receptionist/legend who was a great guy and made our stay very enjoyable.

Our group of nine, spread over seven different rooms, had a universally great time in this beautifully refurbished family owned hotel in the stunning south of Arran. On a cold February day, entering into a warm lobby, and even warmer check-in area, the first impression were good, and Robbie and his team operated with friendly efficiency throughout our three days...

Had not been to Arran for some time spur of the moment visit, Given the excellent rate for this hotel could not resist. Food and cleanliness were great and the swimming pool was a definite draw. Minor draw back was the weather but I was prepared for that.

You can't miss it BTW it dominates the village. The options for food are varied. You can either snack or have lunch during the day. They...

The location is excellent, very peaceful and you could happily sit enjoying the view. Although some aspects of the hotel were a bit tired and could do with an upgrade,...

Have no complaints at all. A weekend deal seen in our local paper, this included two nights bed and breakfast with dinner on the first night, return ferry and the most amazing carrot cake with coffee in the afternoon. Our room was adequate with a magnificent sea view, and large comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The...

I visited the hotel for a weekend break with my best friend and my dog. The hotel itself isn't the 'prettiest' and could do with some freshening up in regards to decor in the bedrooms, grouting in the bath etc but it is set in a stunning, quiet and peaceful setting. With the beach on you doorstep you are spoiled...
