We could not have been better looked after. STAFF friendly, helpfull and attentive. We stayed for four days during which time I fell in Arran and broke my wrist. When this accident happened as we had no transport the owner took us to the hospital where I had excellant attention. Then he took us back to the hotel where staff... More

This hotel is fabulous the location is amazing with the most beautiful views, very clean and comfortable bed. Food is amazing the breakfast is to die for and evening meal was delicious. All staff were pleasant and eager to please. I would recommend this place over and over again. Can't wait to return. Clean pool and a squash court.

We stayed here 4 years ago and enjoyed our time so much we decided to come back. The hotel charged 130 pounds per night for 2 adults and 1 child (7.50 extra for his breakfast) The hotel has a pool and Sauna area which is the main reason why we returned but the pool area is now very run down.... My partner and I did not stay in this hotel but had two very excellent dinners. Super value quality/price and varied menu. Wine list very reasonable and double malt whisky measures were the cost of singles. Magnificent sea view and we could not praise too much the lovely staff.

What a lovely spot for a hotel, right on the beach next to the tiny harbour. Our room was quirky and very comfortable with a state of the art bathroom, very nice indeed. My only gripe would be the incredibly noisy/creaky floors. I am sure the people above us began their marching practice just as we went to bed........ Dinner... More

Another brilliant break at the Kinloch.and not dissapointed. We go to chill so the poor mobile and wifi reception can be looked on as a plus. Pool lovely. Staff helpful and food yummy. Will be back yet again. A great favourite

If you come to Arran it is well worth getting away from the busier east coast villages to a hotel located on the other side of the island. It is beautiful peaceful place with great sunsets. The food was exceptional both breakfast and evening meal. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Whether you want to hike, cycle or just chill this... More
