We stayed in a camping pod last weekend and it was great! The Hazel camping pod doesn't have any benches/bed, however it fitted a double air matress in it. There are larger pods available but they were fully booked. I wouldopt fr a larger one next time for more room but Hazel was definitely sufficient. This campsite is in a...

Arrived just of the boat to find a stag and hynd at the entrance to the campsite which was a great start The guy on reception was friendly and informative. We had chosen a hard standing pitch which was gravel. The tv reception was fair with 21 channels on Freeview and the phone signal came on the wind i think...

Lovely clean campsite , staff go round picking up the red deer droppings . Toilets and shower block spotless and always hot water . We had a lovely spot just relaxing and enjoying watching the deer on the golf course . Stags pavilion restaurant is a must but book well in advance, we book up a couple of months before...

We have just returned from a six night stay on this idyllic caravan and camping site. The Isle of Arran is breath-taking, but Lochranza Caravan and Camp Site is most definitely the jewel in the crown! The site is level and nestled in a valley between hills on either side, with red deer roaming the hill-sides. We purposely went for...

Thank you very much for the compliments. We enjoyed reading your review- it's really well written and helpful. O2 and Vodafone do get a signal in parts of the campsite. Have a good winter and we'll look forward to seeing you again in future. All the best to you all.

Stayed for 6 nights and will definitely be back. Sights include stags rutting in field opposite and also roaming around site at nighttime. Memorable for all the right reasons. Thanks guys. Nearby the distillery is a definite recommended place to visit.

Stayed a several nights in a pod. Toasty. Double bed spacious, though floor space limited. But very warm and dry. Campsite facilities were AOK. Not plush, but really OK. Staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic spot. Will be back...

We came to Lochranza last week for a week long break. We travelled as a couple with our Bracco Italiano in our Bongo camper with awning. Alan met us at the gate and showed us to a lovey spot next to the trees. He kindly lent us a longer hook up lead and assisted us in putting up our awning....

Thank you for being lovely guests. You will always be welcome here. It's upsetting to hear that you noticed dogs being allowed to unsettle the wild deer- behaviour which shows no care for either dogs or deer

Visited here with a campervan on our first night.Helpful lady helped us to put up the awning as the van we were in was hired. Very handy for the distillery. Very clean facilities. Will stay here again if we come maybe for longer. Lovely area.

We camped here for two nights in September and loved it! The location is great. Several nice walks from the site and only a few mins walk to the distillery. The Lochranza hotel is only a 10min walk up the road which was great for a beer on an evening. The camping pitches were near the stream and the ground...

I stayed here for 3 nights in my tent and I loved it. Showers and toilets are spotless and the water is hot! There's also a cooking shelter there which I've never seen in other campsites, but was certainly helpful! The cherry on the cake was the abundance of wagtails we saw on the campsite- a joy to watch. Plus...
