We went for lunch after our visit to rosslyn chapel. Menu is varied and includes local specialities. They brought the food pretty quick as our guests have to depart soon. Excellent service, good food and nice environment.
Charming local gastro pub welcoming walkers, cyclists, locals and tourists. Williams Brothers Joker IPA on draught. Typical menu includes scampi and chips and Scottish favourite haggis and mash.
Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this quirky little inn which is just a walk away from the famous chapel. Ate in the restaurant both evenings and really enjoyed the food. There's a bus stop just outside the front door with a fairly regular...More
After a nearby tour, we wanted some food before heading back to Edinburgh. Quick service and friendly staff made for a great lunch. We just had an appie plate with a couple of beers. The inside of the restaurant was very historic. Lots to see.

My room was very small but pleasant.
Sadly the WIFI in this hotel is very bad
