My wife and I had a fantastic weeks stay at Kays Guest house. From the minute we arrived it was very relaxing and not as clinical as some of the B & B's we have been to. The room we had was lovely and overlooked the garden. Full HD tv and tea making facilities which is not so common nowadays....

Our hearts sank when we realised 4 of us would have to use the same bathroom. Not even a separate toilet. At £35pp per night we thought it was going to be en-suite. The guest bedrooms were cluttered with personal possessions. This was the only disappointing B&B on the 7 day walk. Kay is a friendly and pleasant person but...

After a long walk from Ballindalloch, I couldn't have wished for a better welcome. Home made cake and tea, and hot water on for a bath. A most unusual B&B, like stepping back 50 years, just full of knick knacks - delightful! Kay is simply the best, looks after you as if you were one of hers :-) As for...

Stayed here one night whilst walking The Speyside Way. Good central and quiet location. Kay was very welcoming and helpful. The twin room was just large enough and from another age. The beds were great. Shared bathroom. Large breakfast was what we needed - no frills. This is how B&B's used to be. Would recommend for one night.

“All rooms have twin beds and a large TV along with tea, coffee and biscuits. None are en suite but the bathroom is just across the hall. It is a quiet, very central location with parking right outside”
