Lovely B&B in Forres - short stroll to the main street and a bus stop right outside to get to Kinloss, Findhorn, Elgin, etc. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and very clean and the breakfasts are tasty (and good choice of hot/cold options). The atmosphere is perhaps the best part though, Kenneth and Graham are both incredibly welcoming and great...

Great welcome from owners Kenneth and Graham, lovely cup of tea and a Tunnocks teacake on arrival. Lots of information on the surrounding area, places to visit and a history of the name Reiver. I stayed with my Mother in a twin room which was immaculate quiet and just what we were looking for as visiting my son for his...

What a high standard of friendly service ,homely, comfortable ,impeccably clean, bright room and cozy bed . From the welcome to checking out and a fabulous full Scottish breakfast- in between; it was a pleasure to stay there. Nothing was too much trouble .A business run with an eye for detail that is seldom found; with a focus on their...

What a great find! Reiver House was a lovely B&B. We stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. The house is quiet and quaint and our room was clean and comfortable. Graham and Kenneth were gracious hosts and were able to guide us in our travels in the area. They made us feel at home from the very beginning....

The hosts, Graham and Kenneth, make you feel immediately welcome. As other reviewers have said: a home away from home. They were both very attentive and happy to help (advice/book a taxi) throughout our stay. Myself and my girlfriend stayed in a double room for two nights, we were very happy with the facilities and everything was very clean. The...

After a very unpleasant and ultra expensive two nights staying at the Ramnee Hotel, by chance, I found this lovely B&B. The property is a beautiful stone Victorian house well and detailed kept outside and inside. The rooms and the Breakfast areas are very warm and cozy, spotless clean. The owners, Kenneth and Graham make you feel welcome at anytime...

This is a fantastic bed and breakfast. It is scrupulously clean and the attention to detail is second to none.Tthe service was first class and food was excellent. The couple who run it are friendly and affable and have an excellent knowledge of local area. The gardens are absolutely stunning too.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Reiver House. Was in Forres for a family celebration and stayed at the B&B along with my 2 aunts, all in separate rooms. Both Kenneth and Graham made us feel very welcome from the time we arrived to departure. It is obvious they take great pride in keeping the rooms spotlessly clean...

Earlier this week my partner and I stayed for three nights at Reiver House and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From arrival through to departure every contact with Kenneth and Graham left us feeling cared for and valued as guests. They even sent a thank you email on our return, which was a very nice touch. Both Graham and...
