The home was spotless, the location excellent. The room was comfortable and complete. We are Americans, so not really sure what is the norm, but if this is it, it will be a...

Look no further if you want a comfortable stay in a beautiful room with stunning views and the best breakfast you could wish for. Thanks to Ishbel for her hospitality and especially for the delicious smoked fish for breakfast.

We stayed for 1 night here during a long weekend trip in the North of Scotland. I proposed to my girlfriend just before we arrived at the B&B, and I had informed the owner, Ishbel beforehand that I was planning to do so. Ishbel gave us a lovely room with views of the sea and had put out flowers and...

Beautifully appointed en suite twin room. Lovely breakfast and such a warm welcome. After walking a longish stretch of the Moray CoastalTrail it felt like heaven. Our hosts even booked an evening meal for us nearby. Cannot recommend Norland highly enough.

We stay at the Norland twice a year and have done so for last 3 years. The welcome is second to none, rooms very clan and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent catering for every taste. The fresh fruit is great. Looking forward to the next stay in October.

My friend Kate and I stayed one night halfway through our Moray coastal walk from Forres to Cullen. We had walked seventeen miles that day and the last two were a struggle! To arrive somewhere as wonderful as the Norland was just a dream. Our room was gorgeous with superb views over the sea, immaculate and so comfortable. Our breakfast...

Stayed for two nights earlier this week with my wife and we were blown away with the Norland. Ishbel and John (owners) couldn't have been nicer. We stayed in the 'Covesea' suit that had a very comfortable large kingsize bed, the views across the west beach to the lighthouse were fantastic. We wouldn't think twice about staying there again in...

A pleasure to stay here. Location was excellent. Right by the sea and close to other amenities. The owner of the b&b was very accommodating and provided an excellent breakfast. Breakfast was enjoyed overlooking the sea. Lovely room with comfy bed and flat screen TV. Excellent value for money, would love to return 👍🏻
