This is the most welcoming and pleasant B&B we have ever stayed in. They are a lovely family and made our puppy Rodney so welcome. The facilities are good and we had a good sized room, good sized en suite bathroom. The property is centrally based and we went there as I was attending Gleneagles for horse exams, easy distance... I stayed here for a couple of nights while attending a workshop. this B&B is quite comfortable - well kept and equipped. but the real plus point is hospitable and good cook host. she made wonderful breakfast on both mornings! I was made feel at home, the lady took interest in my hobby and arranged taxi to the venue. Efficient.... More

We stayed here for one night on our way further north. We felt very welcomed and had the twin room which had a large ensuite. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and rooms equipped with all you need without being cluttered. Highly recommended.

We had an overnight stay in this beautiful B n B while visiting Gleneagles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Bitney made us very welcome, organised transport to the hotel. Driver was there on time and collected us on our return. I am a coeliac, this was no problem to Bitney who cooked me a fantastic gluten... More

Bitney made us feel as we were staying at home with her. The three rooms are all individually styled and decorated. Our room had an adjacent bathroom on the landing and the other two are en-suite. We really liked our stay and the warm welcome and the breakfast was excellent. All in all a charming place to be highly recommended.

Stayed with Bitney and Millie for two weeks whilst working at the Ryder Cup. We had the Blue Room which was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the linen was good as were the pillows. The bathroom had a great power shower and toiletries were available. Tea, coffee etc and electric kettle were there for our use and Bitney was quite... More

Visiting friends in Auchterarder and needed accommodation for the night. Basset Cottage is a little gem. Most comfortable bed of our whole trip, a great shower and a lovely breakfast. Our host Bitney was very welcoming and we had a great chat. Would definitely choose to stay there again if we were in the vicinity.

Having stayed here before on this our second visit we will be staying again for a business event in nearby Gleneagles later in the year. You can be forgiven if you start to think this is just a close friends house who is pleased to have you stay. It is in fact a very well run B & B with... More
