The hotel is in a great location for anyone visiting Paisley or Renfrew or for the airport. The original part of the building has some lovely old features but it feels a bit dated overall. The bar area in the hotel looks like a fast food restaurant- horrendous! The bar attached to the hotel was better. The beds were very...

Stayed at this hotel while my mum was in hospital. One the positive side the reception staff were very nice. Regrettably this is the best I can say. On arrival I discovered that the hotel is right by a busy road, and is not set back as it appears to be on the photos. The car park has only two...

Had a 5pm deal for £99 and for that had dinner, bed, breakfast and a bottle of wine! Lovely room though there was no view but at least they has frosted off the window which would have looked onto the air conditioning etc. Staff were all very attentive. We chose the Carvery which was delicious and had plenty of extras...

We stayed here one night for a mums' shopping weekend. Handy for Braehead and Ikea, would also be good for airport. We had a triple room which was comfortable, the pool was lovely and we enjoyed the food, particularly the breakfast selection. The only downside was that our room was above the function suite where a tribute night was taking...

I stayed here for one night whilst on business as I had been lecturing here in the afternoon. I must confess that I did not spend much time at the hotel whilst here but the room was clean, the staff helpful and friendly and the bed comfortable. The room was very small and the ironing board was fixed in a...

Stayed for business but with a 'day off' in the middle. Staff and service were both excellent throughout the four days. A very friendly hotel with the proprietor being on hand to chat to the guests. The new Plates Restaraunt/bar food is excellent. Lots of tapas style dishes to choose from which makes a great alternative to the usual style...

I stayed here on April 30th as a stop over for a flight from Glasgow Airport the next day. I would say the hotel staff was generally good as you would expect from a 4* hotel but there were so many problems with my stay stay that I would definitely NOT recommend the hotel. Firstly, the room was extremely hot...

Hi, stayed here on a Saturday night, our room had everything we needed and more. The only things I could complain about would be grout missing from the bath panel and a cobweb hanging from the ceiling, but that would just be being picky. We used the leisure facilities and they were excellent, making use of the gym, pool, sauna and steam room....

We stayed here overnight with family and friends, to celebrate my father in law's birthday. I emailed the hotel in advance and was offered a free upgrade to my in law's room. When we arrived, they had actually upgraded us all to club rooms on the second floor. Lovely surprise! Rooms were lovely. Ours was 266 which was at the...
