The welcome, the location, the atmosphere, the food all go together to make this amuse do place to stay and eat. You will not be disappointed the by time spent here. We stayed for 2 nights whilst doing the NC500 on a motorbike. The feel of the place is just right and to sit and have drink overlooking the Loch...

Great place, good food, expensive but fresh. Good choice of meals in fantastic part of the country. Didnt stay at the Inn but at the nearby caravan site. Friendly staff even though the place was very busy.

I guess the issue is that I'd heard all the hype before I got here. Long, extensive menu, lots of fish as you'd expect. I had scallops, followed by dressed crab. The scallops were excellent but the crab was just about ok. Prices are on the high side, especially when you consider that this is just a pub, with very...

First time my fiancée visited Applecross Inn was in a solo visit. She assumed that is why they stuck her at a table in the corner of the room looking out of a window with her back to the room like the dunce in the corner and promptly left as soon as she had eaten. Second time lucky she thought...

We stopped here before tackling the Bealach Na Ba on the NC500. We had a tasty lunch ands a couple of drinks in a very busy pub. It had the general look of organised chaos about it! Despite being expensive the food was very good, we had a cheeseburger and the fish. Decent sized portions, served reasonably quickly.

This pub had the most extensive menu from any ive been to yet in Scotland but I would have confidence in every dish. I had the langoustines which were perfect! To top it off, we had a chat with the publican who had caught the little critters that morning! Hubs had the fried haddock which was also fresh and delicious....

We were there for one night. The Inn is situated next to the sea and had great views. We had a spacious room with a large bathroom. it was very clean. Next to the coffee and tea facilities fruit was offered. The inn is nicely crowded, with a lot of day toerists. The (sea) food is very tasteful.

Great pub in a really great setting. It was surprisingly busy to say how isolated it is. We had a brilliant bike ride to get there. From the extensive menu we chose the fish and chips - cannot recommend them enough. Well worth the trip!!!

Had come following a high recommendation but beat all expectations - couldn't have had a better lunch in the sun ! ☀ both had fish and chips and was probably the best fish in batter I've ever Had! Definitely recommend if you're in the area! #itsalwayssunnyinapplecross
