Stayed at this 3* Hotel as part of a coach tour for one night. Unfortunately the radiators in the bedroom and bathroom did not work so it was a little cold. When it came to the evening meal there was no vegetarian option available for my wife. The waitress looked totally blank which was a pity. It wasn't a problem...

We booked last minute through booking.com and was very pleasantly surprised by this wonderful Loch side hotel. Very friendly welcome by the Host/chef. We had afternoon tea on arrival in their little tea room, as it was later in the day he apologised that all cakes had sold out and he only had shortbread left. Beautiful homemade shortbread, He was...

We found the hotel to be a very satisfactory, no frills hotel - exactly what we wanted for walking in this area. When we arrived, we found that we were in a hotel facing the main road and we were afraid that we might find it noisy as people left the bar at night. The reception were very understanding and...

The hotel was really busy so clearly popular. Beer and food was good, we had the venison burger which was tasty. Breakfast was OK, not the best or worst just average. The rooms were quite dated and I haven't seen an avocado bathroom suite since I was a child! Price wise it was similar to a wonderful castle we stayed...

We (4 adults) arrived for a light lunch at the Hotel on Sunday 8th May 2016 at 13.00 approximately and were advised that all items on the chalkboard above the bar were available. A small variety of items based on Ciabatta and Panini plus soup and a roll. We were then advised that Ciabatta was unavailable as was Tuna &...

Can I bring to your attention that you booked through booking.com which clearly states that we do not have televisions in our rooms also their are photographs of the room that you stayed in . The fact that we had to ask you to refrain from drunken behaviour and call the police during your stay and had the police calling...

We stayed for 2 nights as it is right next to An Teallach. It is a very friendly and professionally run hotel. Immediately we were welcomed as walkers and offered their emergency contact paperwork to fill in -optional of course but essential for any potential mountain rescue scenario. This is something I've found some highland hotels do not like doing...
