Visited last night for dinner, bed and breakfast. Really enjoyed our visit. Room was nice, overlooking a car park but clean and comfortable. Weather wasn't great so unless you want to drive it's bit of a walk into the town but you can get the 14 bus if you want to go elsewhere for a drink. Dinner was really nice,...

Have stayed here quite a few times now with my husband, it's a lovely setting this hotel and the spa facilities are excellent so relaxing. We have ate in the bar several times and the food is very good, breakfast was also very good. Staff are always friendly and curteous. Last time we stayed we were on a B&B basis...

We booked our 2-night stay as a DBB package through Myhotelbreak.com and because we had such a good deal decided to spend a little extra and upgrade to a Deluxe Room. If you're considering doing this then do it - our room was beautiful (I think it was the first room when you arrive at the 2nd floor?) . We...

Enjoyed a coffee with a client yesterday. Staff were really attentive & friendly. Girl at reception Linzi was extremely smiley & helpful as was waiting staff Donna & Thelma. It was really busy, the sun was shinning in. Good venue to have a client meeting with no interruptions or hassled to move on. Booked a spa morning while I was...

Picked up a Christmas treat for us with a deal on Itison as only ever been to Troon to watch the golf and heard good reports from friends about this hotel. Yes it's a bit tired in places but it's in a great location for walks along the beach, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The...

Our second visit to this beautiful hotel. We have no negatives to comment on everything was perfect from booking until departure. We were upgraded from our last stay which was pleasant following arrival and there was no reservation thankfully we had an email confirming our booking! The hotel and staff couldn't have been more accomodating. The restaurant has lots of...

enjoyed our stay here with a nice room over looking the golf course. Facilities were nice even though a bit tired looking but still comfortable. Food at night in restaurant was very good though and breakfast apart from hard bacon which had obviously been lying heating for a while was still good. I would stay again on a good deal

Overnight stay in room only. Comfortable hotel but the best thing about this place is the staff they are a real asset to the hotel. Reception, bar and night porter especially were just top class. Wee swim in the pool and a ten minute sit down in the spa bath in the morning set us up for the day.loved it...

Have visited a few times over the years, but the restaurant is a time warp, the decor is old world. From your greeting by Donna on arrival everything is a pleasure. Had a lovely lunch as we gazed out towards Ailsa Craig and Arran. The food is good quality, the staff extremely helpful. If in the Troon area try the...
