Good hearty pub grub in traditional pub setting. Not expensive and large range of food to choose from. Basics covered and portions large. Basic and tasty without any frills'. Service was good and all dishes came to table quickly.

I wouldn't go back as the rooms are so dire. The food from the pub below was lovely, I can't understand why they have let the rooms become so dated and tatty, such a shame.
