Excellent in all respects, except the food which was good only. Presentation first class but food was in some cases overcooked (kippers) and meat tougher than expected (sirloin of roast beef).

Went to this fabulous hotel for dinner on Hogmanay night during our recent trip to Islay. The food was fabulous, servings huge and the staff made us feel so welcome and were very attentive. They also had an extensive wine list to choose from. Great....More
The food here is really excellent.
The service is very good, first night they were fully booked but squeezed us in early on the condition we left by a certain time. That was fine and we were served fast enough to make everyone happy.
