First off, I didn't stay in the hotel, but ate in the restaurant whilst we were on Islay. The restaurant is comfortable and well laid out, the food is also very good. Good quality, friendly staff - what's not to like.
We were staying whilst visiting the distilleries in the South of Islay. This hotel stood out as the best for us in this area. Check in was fast and efficient and our room on the 2nd floor was large, well equipped and spotlessly clean.
