We arrived but there was no parking spaces and had to park in the co-op. Checked in and was given a twin room when I had booked a double, the girl at reception changed our room after being asked. The room was dowdy and dusty the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was some of the worst food I've eaten and vastly over priced for the clearly cheap ingredients that are being used. The drinks at the bar are overpriced, with the wine being the worst. The breakfast was cheap and nasty food was just terrible. The hotel had a strange feel to it, staff were non existent, rooms not cleaned, towels were not replaced and bin never emptied. This hotel really ruined such a beautiful place, please don't waste your money find somewhere else. One of the worst hotels I've had the displeasure of staying in.

Advertises as a boutique hotel and of serving fresh local produce. Fish was clearly frozen, grey instead of the white flesh expected from fresh fish. Hotel did not live up to its boutique claim. Rooms were nothing like the pictures on the website and the outlook from the room window overlooked waste ground with rubbish bins, one filled with rubbish and open.

We booked two single rooms for the hotel and were surprised that they were nothing like the images shown . I think what’s happened is that they’ve upgraded several rooms and these are the ones that visitors have good reviews for. The other rooms though are pretty dire - if you book, make sure you get a sea view as they seem to be the better ones. Ours were small and smelt mouldy. The walls and carpet were stained. No one emptied the bins or topped up the tea and milk ( we had to keep asking ) The view From my room was of the co op car park. I was lucky in that sense as I had a bit of light coming into the room. Most rooms don’t have any view. On the positive side - the location was great and the staff were nice.

Room Tip: Look out for sea view only. Don’t bother if none of those are left.

The hotel was great and our rooms were clean. I loved the location - right on the sea, and to see seals playing just off the harbour wall is amazing. (I really can't understand why others should write negative reviews - it's so unnecessary) The staff at this hotel were simply delightful. They were helpful, kind and above all incredibly hard working. My only sadness was to see them working so hard and I feel that "Bespoke Hotels" should provide this Dunollie team with more support. Thank you for a lovely week on Skye.

We stayed here for one night. There's not enough parking so we (as many others) had to park down the road in the public car park. We couldn't eat in the restaurant because we hadn't booked, so we had to eat in a lounge area. If you have an image of Skye, this wouldn't be it. On the plus side, the breakfast was great, 2 of everything plus haggis.
