Sconser Lodge is a fine little Hotel with very nice hosts. Food is superb, Beer is plenty and the view from the residents lounge ist exceptional. Rooms are fine too - we had loch view rooms, so don't know about the others. Would come again.
Everything about our stay was excellent. Room with wonderful views and an ensuite where the huge picture window gave us views over The bay & Scalpay. There were binoculars in the room. The food & especially the hospitality. Very warm & friendly.
Location and view
Dinner but breakfast other than cooked was poor. No natural yogurt or choice of fruit.
Bedroom and bathroom. Double bed a bit small and bathroom basic with smaller size bath and shower with it's own idea of temperature control.
Hi! I emailed you yesterday about availability in April. Did you get it? I would love to make a reservation.

When I booked it took a while for responses to be received by email, it certainly wasn't instant; however, don't let this put you off - it isn't a huge hotel with loads of staff. In fact Norrie seems to do everything except the cooking. Fabulous place and I'm looking forward to staying again sometime.
