Stayed for 2 nights with friends, we had been there some 18 years ago & it had obviously changed hands since then. That said, the friendliness, outstanding quality of the food & the overall service was quite fantastic. This "Inn" couldn't be recommended more highly. Kirsty is so welcoming & Simon is a true inspirational chef. Top quality.

The Glenview Hotel is a wonderful small hotel with comfortable rooms, and absolutely delicious meals. Innkeepers Simon and Kirsty are very friendly, and also very knowledgeable about great walks to take in the area. It was one of our favorite places that we stayed on Skye -- three glorious nights.

We stayed at the Glenview Hotel during our vacation on the Isle of Skye. I am so glad we chose this Hotel. Our room was really comfortable and, like the rest of the hotel, was decorated in a fun, kitchey style. I am REALLY HAPPY that we decided to eat dinner in the Glenview restaurant. Everything we had was absolutely...

We spent only one night here, but it would be hard to find a better place in a better setting. nestled in at the foot of a hill surrounded by sheep and heather, and just a short way from stunning cliffs. Unbelievably, the food was just as spectacular as the scenery. Simon is a first rate chef, and the food...

Simon and Kirsty are such welcoming hosts to their small, but perfectly formed, gem of a hotel. Quirky furnishing and decor, with amazing attention to detail. Fantastic food; I would return tomorrow for dinner, or even breakfast, if I could! A relaxing haven, in a beautiful part of Skye, with Portree, Kilt Rock, Quiraing and Old Man of Storr all...

The attention to detail is incredible- beautiful decor in every room. We ate dinner here both nights, Simon is a real talent and I'm not surprised they have been awarded 2 rosettes...

We had not been to Skye before and we were recommended this hotel. We received a very warm welcome on a cold day with a warm drink and homemade shortbread. Kirsty and Simon are very accommodating and clearly dedicated to making your experience very relaxed. The decor is very quirky and trendy, we loved it! The food is spot on...

We love this restaurant. The welcome from Kirsty is like that of an old friend - warm and welcoming. The attention to detail is first class, with lots of quirky, fun displays to look at around the lounge and restaurant. The food is thought about and obviously cooked with love and eaten with enthusiasm! Each course is a feast for...

After a week of fine dining around Skye what a place to finish at!! This is a unique place with little tea cups hanging from the ceiling and old time radio on the wall, this all adds to the individual style of Glenview. the menu is small but this makes it so much easier to pick an amazing starter main...

A wonderful meal yesterday evening at the Glenview Hotel. Every mouthful of every course was superb, and the little Mackerel pre-starter was stunning! Hats off to Simon, Kirsty and their team for their talent and hospitality. We live on Skye, so haven't stayed here, but just look at the other great reviews of those that have. See you again soon.
