We stayed here due to business for my husband, it is in a great location, with plenty of parking. My husband had stayed here before, telling me it's not posh, but functional. That's exactly how I would describe it. You,could walk over to the shopping centre, we didn't due to the weather being torrential rain. Check in was quick &...

My husband and I stayed here for a two night break. It was well located to the shopping area in Livingston. We had excellent food which was if high standard and the chef accommodated my dietary requirements. Great powerful hot showers and comfortable rooms. Good leisure facilities also.

Very efficient service at reception as I arrived on a dark and rainy night. Room was warm and comforatable and exactly as expected and the bar and resaturant were excellent.I would normally have eaten out but the weather encouraged me to stay in and the Smoked Cod was excellent with slick service and at a reasonable price. Breakfast was also...

My second visit. The same as 4 years ago. The furniture's a bit dated and bathroom is cold but the family/triple room is spacious and the beddings are very comfy! Restaurant is ok - kid's pasta was super salty. Nothing was done despite having mentioned to the waiter. The menu said kids get free snack while waiting for the main...

We had a great stay at this hotel, we were greeted by really helpful receptionist and on return from the wedding we were at, we were served by great bar staff who although had obviously had a busy party night were really cheerful and helpful! But the crowning glory was the amazing breakfast, so fresh and hot and with a...

First impressions were good! We arrived at tea time and an open fire could be seen in the entrance, which was lovely as it was cold and frosty outside. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and directed us to our room, which was a privilege room. Very clean but decor a tad tired. However we could overlook this as...

The hotel & rooms are starting to look aged and tired, bathroom had a musky smell. The carpets in hallways are worn and have gradually getting worse over the last 15 months, overall requires a spruce up.

Had been a little nervous on reading previous reviews but shouldn't have been as we have had an excellent few days here. On entering hotel reception staff were friendly and polite. Room we were in was stunning and very clean looking out into garden/courtyard. Coffee machine, kettle, iron, hairdryer all in room. Television with free view & radio. Restaurant staff...
