Very easy to find, lovely welcome, lots of parking; room was fine and breakfast great. I appreciated offer to serve breakfast 'outside opening time' to allow for early departure. Looking forward to my return.

We stayed here during our club dive trip to Loch Fyne. This is a nice guest house. Our hosts were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and the food was good and very well presented. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely return.

We stayed here for 6 days and had three amazing rooms on the top floor each one different. We were given breakfast every morning and were given ideas as to where to go for the day. The house itself in great condition and the owners were fantastic. Overall a brilliant experience and would love to come again

We stayed for 6 days in August 2016, we were given three lovely rooms on the upper floor. Great views from the rooms. Rob and Barbara were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfasts were fantastic! There is amazing scenery in the local area, as well as boutique shops and a small children's play area. There is also... More

Both Lochgilphead and the Kilmory Guest House encapsulate every reason an American tourist might want to visit small-town Scotland: personable, friendly, scenic and knowledgeable about all the charms and people famous and not-so-famous. Both Mary and Rob made can whip up a full Scottish breakfast and a lot of Scottish charm. Lochgilphead is a clean and earnest village principally strung... More

We stayed two nights at Kilmory guest house, using Lochgilphead as a base from which to explore Kilmartin Glen, and also to walk the length of the Crinan canal. (You can get a bus from Lochgilphead to Crinan on certain days, and there are very regular buses back from Ardrishaig to Lochgilhead at the end of the walk.) Kilmory Guest... More

Friendly, welcoming hosts - both in person and on the telephone. We only stayed one night but the room was very comfortable with a great shower. Plenty of parking at the property and only thirty seconds walk from a Tesco convenience store. Best poached eggs ever at breakfast!! Thank you :)

As a family with 2 small kids, we had a great stay, with such a help and hospitality. A great place to stay. Great breakfast and a help with what to see in the trip. And above all the easiness and welcoming of the kids.

As Storm Frank struck we arrived in Lochgilphead en route to Islay for Hogmanay. We've stayed at Kilmory before and we so happy with it last time we thought - can't do better. I't was home from home again, great staff, great breakfast (legendary breakfast) warm, comfy and near enough to the town centre to walk in for a bite... More
