We had a lovely time. The food was great. We were the first guests that got to experience the revamped restaurant 'Etive'. It's obvious lots of thought, care and attention was put into the restaurant and the bar. The service was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. A lovely area to visit.

Sorry for the delay In the review. I visited the Taynuilt Hotel at the end of Nov with my daughter who had an audition the following day. The staff could not have been more friendly, we had an amazing meal that night and they were more than happy to change a dish to suit my daughters fussy appetite. We had...

Had such a lovely few days at the Taynuilt Hotel for my partners Birthday. All the food here was absolutely spot on! Definitely the best scrambled egg I have ever tasted, it just melted in your mouth. At dinner the fish pie was a firm favourite & the turkey...well that was something else! More tender than I ever thought possible....

We just popped in for lunch on our journey. So glad we did. Staff were very welcoming. The fish pie was clearly made by someone who knew what they were doing. Delicious. Lovely atmosphere. Some other folk just popped in for the whisky - great wee shop and tasting options here. Will be back.

We were a little apprehensive on arrival as the outside of the hotel looked like a work in progress, how deceptive first impressions can be - inside you will find friendly, professional staff, quirky rooms and the most amazing food . The DBB offers over the winter period are not to be missed, excellent value, would definitely visit again

Angela, Robert, Thank you for the review, it was great to have you with us and hope you will be back soon, The Inn and Restaurant is certainly a work in progress but we are well on our way to completing works on the ground floor with our new signature restaurant Etive, opening on the 6th of January. Got a great winter deal, probably all been said, lovely people, excellent food, best cooked breakfast I have experienced. The lounge area is thankfully different and interesting, obviously a lot of work goes into malt whisky, gin displays etc, yes if you wish to buy can be expensive however many are unique and worth it, also prompts observation and discussion....

Can't fault this hotel. It has an awesome menu. I had the tastiest, cheesiest lasagne and can not wait to come back to Scotland and visit this establishment again. It also has a great whisky bar and shop. The service is great here and the meals were fresh and quick.
