This is exactly what you want when you're traveling through Britain and want to stay at an inn. The conveniences of things like an easily accessible car park, with the rustic feel of checking in with the bartender to get your room key while sipping a pint and booking your dinner reservation. Which they somehow found out that it was... More

This was our first visit to Loch Lomond and we were fortunate to have had lovely sunshine both days. The Innkeepers Lodge is excellently positioned on the River Leven as it runs into Loch Lomond. The Lodge is actually the Balloch House pub with rooms upstairs. We had room 2 which has great view out over the river and Loch.... More

We are well travelled and have experenced shocking to 5 star plus and can't add much more to previous reviews. Great location at the bottom of the loch to visit the surrounding area's. Several different eateries a short walk as the pub grub although looks good is your normal chain food pub grub. Slight niggle that for the price it... More

Have been visiting this little hotel for years and can find no faults. Staff are very welcoming and accomodation is spotless. The restuarent serves wholesome food and a good continental breakfast. Cooked breakfast if required comes at a small cost. The location is amazing central for boat, trips, walking or visiting LomondShores. Grandchildren love visiting just as their parents did when... Stayed in a family room, we had a beautiful view. The lodge offers great access to the loch, the local Park including a children's play park. There are boat rides and other family activities just over the bridge, these include tree climbing, canoeing, Segway, bike rides. We ate here twice too, the food was good and the staff were excellent,... More

Great little hotel above a bar restaurant. You do check in at the bar where the terrific employees helped with everything, including getting my phone onto the wifi. The room was small but efficient. There were just a couple of items that prevented me from giving this a five star rating; there are no wash cloths (I had to use... More

Booked for one night only but surprised by the quality. Lovely location and handy carpark. Allocated a good sized room with a view of the lake (room 1) plenty of space to move around and was excellent value for money, especially as were not expecting any form of breakfast to be included and continental was. Ate in the restaurant which... More
