Stayed here for 3 nights and was very pleased with my stay. Room was clean, comfy and warm. The bed was very comfortable, there was a tea tray and kettle in the room and there was even an extra oil heater, just in case. Owners were super nice and incredibly helpful. Really helped me get the most out of my...

I am so pleased that I had the opportunity to stay here for a night during my travels through Scotland. Frank was an extremely hospitable host & did everything he could to ensure his guests had a smile on their face at all times. Noting that I was traveling solo, he introduced me to some other guests who I ended...

We had a lovely overnight stay and couldn't fault Glenfern. Frank (owner) was the perfect host, friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations for the local area. The room was spotlessly clean, wifi worked well and the breakfast was lovely, hit the spot nicely! Highly recommended!

A warm welcome by Frank continued throughout or stay. He could not do enough to assist us.Though continental breakfast, it was lovely, well presented and plenty to eat. Would certainly go back if in that area again. Frank is a mine of information.

Sally T Frank was a welcoming host and the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Glenfern was rated at 3 stars by the tourist board and we would agree with this. The room we had was small. The breakfasts were fine. We couldn't fault Frank for his friendliness and knowledge of the local area. He was a real character...

Room upstairs was small and a bit cramped but clean. The host was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit, good location for cruise on Loch Lomond and the surrounding areas. Some road noise at night but not too bad; personal preference is for thicker curtains to keep the light out .
