This place has all the ingredients for a wonderful experience- the setting is awesome, the shabby chic is done to a tea BUT some of the service is poor, which is a real shame.

On 3 visits we have never been able to access wi-fi. It is a vrey remote location. To get a phone signal you need to move away from the hotel and stand near a very specific tree in the far garden to get any signal at all.
