We stayed here for one night during September 2016. I had asked for a twin room, there were not any available so they gave us a family room. This was basically a lodge with a double bedroom and a tiny room with bunk beds, We were charged £90. Had we been charged the full rate of £120, I would not...

We were completing a charity cycle run and stopped for a refreshment, staff smoking outside watched us (5) going in, even said hello, once in another staff member looked at us made himself a coffee then went outside to smoke with his team, we stood about for 10mins still no service, best missing this stop out.

Ben More Lodge or should I say Ben More Sheds. This place has an identity crises, it's punching well above its weight if it think that the shacks they offer are Lodges. The accommodation is in the car park and your view is of piles of rubble left in the car park and the main 'A’ road just behind. The...

Arrived at 8pm in the rain.checked in and shown to our "lodge"- wooden cabin! Initial impression was cold and damp but the heating soon warmed up-but it would have been nice if the heating had been turned on half an hour prior to our arrival-I did telephone to inform our arrival time.Curtains had to be kept closed for privacy. The shower...

Quirky cool place to stay in a stunning location - rooms are small but clean, the decor in the main building is very different and quirky, but also very charming. Friendly staff, pool table which was fun to play while having some drinks. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt that it was good value for money. Our food...

Stay in your car because bed's have no mattresses' ! Geographically in perfect place for touring Scotland. Guess that's why they stopped trying to impress, keep up to date or even open windows ! Rooms smell of damp and decay. Rooms happily called lodges / chalets are cramped un hygienic. Lack hot water....or even fuses for hot water! Worst place...

We didnt stay here but stopped for food and had a warm welcome, good home cooked food (the venison sausages are amazing). The staff are great nice gentlemen playing a guitar. We had our border terriers with us and the staff were brilliant with them (giving treats too). I would strongly recommend passing the food at Tyndrum and go that...

Stayed here for two nights, one on the way North and again one on the way South. Nice comfy lodges, contain everything you need. Plenty of parking. Main building serves good food in the evenings and breakfast in the mornings. The Windows WiFi is not too good in the lodges but works well in the main building.

This was our final night in Scotland following a very enjoyable cruise north on the Great Glen. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn't eat there as we had eaten with friends earlier during the day. The 'lodges' are comfortable, although a hairdryer would have been more useful than a television - but!!! Breakfast was good too. Very...
