very good soup and sandwich lunch after a walk.Scones and cake with coffee to follow A reasonable price for what I had.The service was welcoming and attentive so would have no hesitation in returning to this lovely village hotel

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Black Bull. The food was excellent both in terms quality and value and the service friendly and efficient. I don't think we could have asked for more from this local pub.
