I was made to feel welcome as soon as I came through the door.
This small hotel has a lot of character, it is quirky, it is very old.
The dining room has a log fire as does the residents lounge.
The menu is good...More
Lovely staff who go out of their way to help make our stay even more memorable!
Great location for those who enjoy the outdoors!
Food is excellent - easy to understand why the restaurant gets full - and the cooked-to-order breakfasts are to die for!

Hi. Yes dogs are most welcome. If you let us know when booking we now put a pet set in your room for you. We charge an additional £10 per stay to have your dog in your room. Some of our guests like to dine with their dog and this can be done (using the same menu as elsewhere in the hotel) but we do recommend booking in advance as we have limited space in the bar area. We are, however, happy for guests to leave well behaved dogs in the room if guests prefer to do this, or often guests leave their dog in the car whilst they dine. We hope to see you soon!
