Each of our three stunning cottages are located in the heart of the pretty conservation village of Luss on the western shore of Loch Lomond and the national park. The loch provides for many activities including fishing, walking and cruising. On the shores of the loch stretch five miles of gentle, all-weather path way to stroll along and enjoy the scenery. Glenview House is our flagship property in the beautiful conservation village of Luss. Formerly the local Police Station, no expense has been spared in making this a stunning accommodation option for up to eight guests. Glenview has been completely modernised and offers three luxurious suites; all with en suite bathrooms, separate sitting areas and one with a four poster bed. One of the bedrooms also has a small conservatory with a futon and views of the private garden.

Booked Glenview South Cottage in Luss, self catering for 4 nights in July 2021. Travelled from Northern Ireland. Outstanding wee place, the village is so quiet and picturesque. Family friendly. Accomodation was high standard, fully equipped kitchen, clean and perfect for family of 4. I would say it has good attention to detail In the decor. They also allow dogs so that's such a bonus. Close to the water and village store. Garden is a sun trap and private with decking and a barbecue supplied. No Loch View from the cottage is only down I could find. Would definitely recommend to friends. Will be back.

We stayed for 4 nights in the garden view room. Communication from the owner re check in was really good. The property is located in a beautiful village. There’s plenty of facilities including a nice restaurant next door and a hotel with bar across the road. The bedroom and bathroom are lovely, there were plenty of fresh towels and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has every facility including a washing machine and tumble dryer, a decent selection of glasses/crockery etc. It’s slightly let down by the poor quality of breakfast. For a 4* property they should offer more quality local produce (there’s an amazing dairy 2 mins down the road). The generic pastries in packets, Kellogg’s cereals meant for children, sliced bread and cheap jams etc aren’t reflective of a 4* B&B. Obviously things are slightly restricted due to the coronavirus situation but many other hotels/B&Bs are still able to offer a decent breakfast. Also for just over £120 per night they really need to keep up with other similarly priced businesses. The kitchen/living room also needs a bit of a deep clean and general maintenance. The washing machine had some mould, the floor is in disrepair and the sofa is uncomfortable with some old staining on it.

We booked with Ian with a view to staying on the 6th of October 2020 until the 8th, we paid the deposit that was requested. but before our trip the Scottish covid rules changed and made it illegal for more than one household to travel across the border, and as our party was made up of three different households it would have made it illegal for us to visit Scotland. Ian did not tell us of these changes , but my daughter who is in the travel industry did . I called Ian but just said he was still open and sent us a cancellation email which stated that a booking charge would levied before any refund was returned, Ian not communicated with us since that email we pointed out that if we had visited him it would invalidated his insurance and that the competition and marketing authority had ruled that consumers should be given a full refund. so would say that we are very disappointed with Ian's attitude , also if anyone is thinking of booking and paying in advance be very wary before you do

We enjoyed a one night stay in the four poster room which is a few minutes walk from the front of loch lomond. Beautiful place and amazing views! The room was great, really comfy bed and it was lovely to have breakfast things in tbe room to enjoy before checking out. Owner was really friendly and instructions on how to gain access to the room were really easy. Bumped into owner as we were leaving and he was really friendly and gave us some ideas of places to visit which was great! Would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed in Glenview House self catering and found it to be perfect. Whole house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, towels and linens of good quality, kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Weather even allowed us to enjoy the outdoor seating area. Location is ideal in beautiful Luss, very convenient for loch, etc. Bistro was good for dinner. All in all, highly recommend.
