Met up with family & friends as we have done numerous times in the past. Staff are always great and very attentive. Food is good value. You are never hurried and can feel relaxed. Jan, Brigid and staff make the hard work look easy.

Friendly staff. Kind enough to offer to make a hot toddy for me as I have a heavy cold. Husband had lunch & I just had soup. Well presented & tasty. Decoration a bit dated but the staff & service made up for that.

For £70 / night, it's over valued and I feel entitled to a warm shower at that price. Was shown to my room and after they got the lights to work, the room was dimly lit. Shower luke warm and staff just said it was something that needed attention. Have stayed in better places in Inverness & Oban for £70...

Stayed for one night as we wanted a break away. Cant grumble with anything about the hotel. Bridget, the manager was very nice, friendly and helpful, When we went to our room we had one slight small problem. The lights in the room were not working above the bed, so I had to go down and ask Bridget about this....
