We have visited a few times for food only. While out for a drive recently with friends who were visiting from down south we popped in for dinner. Great decision - Thursday night is Curry Night. Warm welcome, friendly staff and great food.

So, after driving past this place on many occasions we finally decided to give it a try. I must say that we are very glad we did. We were met by very pleasant and polite staff amid warm and comfortable surroundings. Typical old style traditional coaching house, which we prefer to some of the modern places. We were seated close...

Its been many years since I visited the inn (due to the reason of not living in the area now) and I was very pleased by the homely warm reception we received. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good . The menu was good and the portions ware very generous .Will look forward to my next...

I come here regularly, food is consistently good. Lovely old Scottish Pub with a good selection of Ales. Very pleasant place to have food. Menu is what you would expect from a privately owned pub. Good selection of starters, from the grill, steaks, lamb etc and veggie, chicken, fish, pies etc. On main menu, which changes very regularly. I've never...

Warm with wood burning stoves, interesting history and artefacts, good home cooked food, friendly and accommodating staff. If you don't like this place, you don't like the inn tradition. We weren't hungry enough for a proper meal, but saw many come out of the kitchen looking delicious. The soup we had was very tasty, with lovely warm roll and generous...

Cheerful bar staff, coping well with the crowd and training other members who seem to be just learning the ropes, friendly environment for me and the kids and brilliant value for money, portion sizes and kids deals. Also a quiz on Fridays which I fancy a try in the near future, definite shout out for those with families as it...

Good food at a good price with pleasant atmosphere and good service. Can't book in advance but service quick and didn't need to wait. Lovely and warm in a chilly night and drinks priced ok. Menu varied and has a curry night on a Thursday.

It's been a wee while since we were at The Inn and I'm pleased to say the food is as good it has always been. Great pub grub in an interesting old coach house. We had a mix of fish, great steak pie and nacho's. The beer is good also, brewed by the Inn's owners at their nearby brewery. Drop...

This a small café plus gift shop seating about 30 people and lunch menu that would be expected in an establishment at least twice its size. Though not licenced, it carries a large soft drink selection coupled with very good car park. On entering you are greeted by a display on gifts at the side of the entrance and leads...

We had never been to The Inn before but tried it after a recommendation and we weren't disappointed. The menu was varied and not all the usual stuff. The food was very tasty and served quickly piping hot. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
