This was an amazing place to stay. The staff were professional and the grounds lovely. Right on the loch and the river. Be the public areas are straight out of Victorian England Only one complaint... get new pillows people!. The pillows are worse than bad....More

Very cool atmosphere at this hotel. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were both wonderful and good value. Rooms are nice, feels like going back in time. The location is quiet and secluded. Very much enjoyed our stay.

My understanding is that dogs are allowed in certain (but not the deluxe) bedrooms. However, they're not allowed in most of the public areas including the dining rooms. And I've never seen any in one of those rooms but I... More
