Stayed here for one night with a friend as part of a quick trip to the University of Alabama to move his daughter from one apartment from one side of campus to another. Although we didn't have a reservation, we were quickly accommodated since we were both silver rewards members.

This was my second stay at the Courtyard for work and I when I say I enjoyed it both times, I ENJOYED IT BOTH TIMES. First the valet men and women are super nice and attentive. Front desk service is Fantastic from Andrew always smiling and saying 'Hi" and Marc for always asking

Location is great for being downtown, walking distance to many restaurants. Unique having a hot tub on the roof, nice to sit in on a cool night downtown and forget you are downtown for a little. Service was great as most of my experiences have been with marriott brands.

Is there any problem self-parking during the day of the St. Jude's marathon?
Hello- Our guests self park in the Shopper's garage located @ Jefferson Ave and Front Street. The fee is $18+tax, unlimited access and the charges are billed to the guest's room. A parking pass is obtained at the front desk during check in. I hope this helps, enjoy the marathon!

Do you have bellmen to take your luggage to your Suite?
I apologize for the late response, we don't offer bellman staffing as we are a select service hotel, however, we can provide assistance to guests when needed. Thank you.

Unfortunately Courtyards are not pet friendly hotels, however Residence Inn, also a Marriott brand, is pet friendly.

How much is parking?
As of September 2016, all parking is located in our garage, the rates are $17 for self parking, and $20 for valet per day. Both are 24 hour access.
